REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT - Compensation: see below in Bronxville, New York

REAL ESTATE AGENT/ASSISTANT WANTED LOWER WESTCHESTER FRANCHISED OFFICE
MUST HAVE REALESTATE LICENSE!!!!MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE LICENSE
COMPENSATION IN FORM OF DESK FEES PAID RESULITING IN 85% COMMISSION SPLIT plus cash
You will receive all the benefits of agent ( floor time. leads, training) and business development.
Expect 15 to 20 hours obligation per week.
You will be given referral  leads  expecially for rentals.
Be self-motivated, detail oriented and enjoy working in a fast-pace environment. Have good  computer skills.
Have excellent phone manners, courteous, and professional.
Be punctual, dependable and responsible. (Must take the position very seriously)
Have strong verbal communication skills.
Be able to keep up with client paperwork/update client records on the computer
Posses a reliable vehicle.
Have a NY State Real Estate License.
Be a real go getter and make the deal happen.
